X-Ray Safety Training

X-ray safety training is required for all individuals who operate x-ray machines or are exposed to x-rays during work.  This one-hour class is presented each month.  If you have questions concerning radiation safety training, please contact Karl Witte by phone (3-7034 or e-mail (karl.witte@vanderbilt.edu).

Analytical X-Ray Machine Operators:  You must use this form to record required quarterly interlock test results.

Registration is required.  To register, submit registrant names, PI name, campus mailing address, contact phone number, dates and times requested to Stacey Moore by fax (3-2041), campus mail (U-0211 MCN, 2665) or e-mail (stacey.m.moore@vanderbilt.edu).  For fax and campus mail registrations, please use this form.
