Principles and Practices of Biosafety Course

Designed for research faculty and staff who work with human materials, viral vectors, and other potentially infectious microorganisms, this class includes the basics of risk assessment and identification, containment assignments and emergency response. Detailed discussions of the facilities, equipment, and practices necessary to conduct research at Biosafety Level 2 are also included.

Registration is required.  Each course is limited to 20 participants.
